Service:
It's the
service after the sale that counts. We discover too many clients
that never received the “after the sale service” they are promised.
We have a very simple moto, “we are married to the equipment once
we sell it.” We pride ourselves on our high level of customer
support.
Emergency Backup
Equipment:
No other
company can match our equipment inventory in repair and emergency
situations. Your emergency will be our emergency. However, a
properly designed installation should almost eliminate the need for
emergency service.
Sales
New/Used:
Are you
looking to save money by buying a used system? We can help you by
selling you a quality used system. New equipment is also available
at wholesale prices.
Venues:
Houses of
worship, schools, institutions, restaurants, lounges, banquet
halls, night clubs, after hours, theatres, board rooms, meeting
rooms.
Warranty:
The
manufacturer's warranty is honored on all new products. Most
warranties are for one year and cover manufacture's defects, but
not negligence or misuse. Yorkville is one of the few manufacturers
that offers a 2—year unconditional (even if you break it) warranty.
We can handle most warranty claims on any of the products you buy
at Masterplan.
Financing:
We can
help you arrange financing for your project. Industry savvy leasing
agents are on hand to help make your plans a reality. Masterplan
offers basic in house financing options. All financing is based on
approved credit.
System
Overview and Training:
Included
with every install is a training session for you and your staff on
how to operate the equipment. We feel an educated customer is a
prepared customer. A regularly scheduled maintenance program will
virtually eliminate equipment failure and costly
repairs.
Safety:
Installations can be
very dangerous without the proper training and experience. Safety
is our top priority. Here's what we do to make it safe:
- We can
coordinate qualified electricians, general contractors, and
engineers for your installations.
- All our
equipment is CSA certified.
- All
cabling conforms to electrical code and rigging is done on a 1 to
10 safety factor.
- Safety
cables are used where applicable. Our install project supervisors
have successfully complete electrical and trigging
certification.
