1) All of
our listed rental rates are per day. Please note that we are closed
on Weekends. Rentals picked up on a Friday are due back on Monday
& are billed at a one day rate. If a multiple day rental is
needed, please contact us for a quotation.
2)
Rentals are done on a first-come, first-serve basis (equipment
subject to availability). We recommend booking via our online
booking form, email or phone.
3) All
Rentals require a $500 Pre-Authorization Damage Deposit (on a
credit card) before any gear leaves the shop. This does not charge
the card, but puts a “freeze” on $500 credit, which is “unfrozen”
after the rental is returned & completed. The cardholder must
be present with their credit card and valid picture ID (driver’s
license, passport, etc.). Please note that the cardholder is the
person who is responsible for the return & care of the
equipment.
4)
In the event of equipment loss, theft, damage or late returns the
applicable charges will be billed on the credit card against the
deposit. We reserve the right to charge additional fees if the
equipment is returned in dirty condition or if cable rewrapping is
required.
5)
Payment for the rental is due on pickup & can be made via Cash,
Debit, Master Card, Visa or American Express.
6)
Rental pickups can be made after 12 noon on the pickup day. If
pickup is required earlier than 12 noon, please let us know in
advance.
7)
Rentals returns are due back by 2pm on the day of return. If the
return is going to be later than 2pm, please let us know in
advance. Late returns will be charged accordingly.
8)
In the event of technical difficulties, an after-hours emergency
phone number is supplied on the rental invoice. Non-emergency use
of this phone number will be subject to service charges.
9)
Rental cancellations are subject to service charges.
10) If you require
our technician or transportation services, please let us know ahead
of time, as these services are subject to
availability. |
